This talks about good and bad food and behaviors to treat Hashika. The Figures with globes for heads and caring fans, are the viruses. One recommendation is to stay out of the wind, which is why the viruses are carrying the fans.
Other recommendations: The patient gets thirsty and thirsts for water. Water will quiet down the fever, so water must not be given.
Foods not allowed: Sexual connection, bathing, wine, buckwheat noodle, fish, Plum, eggplant, elephant plant root, nukamiso (Japanese food made of rice bran and bean and salt), dried mushrooms, green onions, miorokoshin, Kommyak, all greasy food. (Stay out of wind)
